You do not need to "guestimate" the size of the storage you need to rent before you move
because you're only charged for the space you use once we finish loading the truck.
We provide a simple, inexpensive storage solutions for those who does not need frequent
access to their storage until they move to their new home.
Limited access storage
6' x 10' (1/2 of 3 ton or 1/3 of 5 ton) $179/month
12' x 10' (3 ton truck full load or 2/3 of 5 ton) $358/month
20' x 10' (Full truck load with 5 ton truck) $537/month
Secure Private warehouse, Alarmed, Heated
We move you out and store your items inside our indoor storage units.
Once you're ready to move back into your new home, we deliver everything to you.
Include Basic content insurance $0.60/lb of goods up to $1000 in coverage
Additional storage insurance can be purchased prior to your move upon request
Our storage is centrally located on Annacis Island at 1600 Derwent Way, Delta.
Access to storage is only available on Monday between 10~2pm.
A waiver of liability must be signed prior to accessing our facility.
